FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

India has a written constitution developed by constitutional assembly. In our constitution according to Article 12 - 35 in Part III there are 06 - Fundamental Rights. This fundamental rights are mentioned in our constitution for  people can do their all round development by living their lives freely without any discrimination, fear, oppression or discrimination. These are called fundamental rights.

Description of the types of fundamental rights : 

1. RIGHT TO EQUALITY
Right to equality means every citizen of India is equal in the eyes of law and no one is superior nor inferior. Every citizen is equal or same in eye of our constitution.

2. RIGHT TO FREEDOM
Right to freedom means citizen have such as freedom of speech, expression, assembly without harm, association, practice any profession and reside in any part of India.

3. RIGHT TO PROTECTION AGAINST EXPLOITATION 
It's deal that no children under the age of 14 years were allowed for forced labour and employment. And if it is done then it is punishable offence.

4. RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF RELIGION
Right to freedom of religion means every citizen is free to believe in religion according to his discretion, to behave according to it and to spread propaganda related to religion. 

5.RIGHT TO EDUCATION AND CULTURE  It means that every community has freedom to run its own education institutions for the preservation of cultural and language.

6. RIGHT TO CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDIES
It means that if any citizen violated the fundamental rights of "Indian Constitution." You will use this right to protect your leftover fundamental rights.

According to the above description it is clear that as a Indian citizen we have all kinds of rights, social, religious, political, through our constitution, so that we can develop our personality all round.
